"I went to see Gillian to discuss food relationship issues I had for many years and not really knowing what a hypnotherapist could do. We had an initial phone discussion to understand a bit better my issue and it turned out it was the relationship with myself we needed to repair.

I've never been to a hypnotherapy so I didn't know what to expect and was quite nervous during my 1st appointment. I shared this with Gillian and she was very understanding and reassuring. While we work on my issue and relationship with food, I felt more and more comfortable and definitely experienced shift as the weeks went on !
