My Story

Gillian has been working in the world of hypnotherapy, counselling & healing for the last 10 years.   She has a genuine empathy for people and their challenges and can draw on intuitive insights as she listens to clients discuss their challenges and issues.

She is highly accomplished in helping clients to identify problems and shift out-dated beliefs and negative behaviour patterns.  Her techniques help her clients to better understand themselves and hence change their perspective on life and become healthier, happier and in control.

Gillian graduated from the Manchester College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and also has a BA Hons in Education from Glasgow University.  As well as being a Certified Life Coach she has trained in a number of other disciplines such as Advanced Theta Healing, NLP, EFT, Reiki and Metatronia Healing.  She also has a Diploma in Theosophy and a Diploma in Human Resources.

Gillian is approachable, friendly and her sessions are an enjoyable experience while helping people to make profound and positive differences in their lives.

Gillian is Edinburgh-born and lives in the city with her children.

Be aware of the gentle in and out that goes on without opinion, without atttitude, without instruction Just be in that moment - just be.

The beauty of breathing is enough to centre us and calm us.

Count Your Blessings.
Concentrate on the positive things in your life in order to encourage better things. Buy a notebook and before you go to sleep write down a minimum of 3 positive things that have happened to you that day.
Re-read them and hold onto the positive effect they have on you as you go to sleep. Having a bad week/month? Re-read your journal to revitalise, re-inspire, recalibrate & celebrate yourself!
