Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, weight, phobias, smoking, excessive alchohol, depression, sleep, confidence, something else?

Without support, these feelings can often lead you to becoming overwhelmed, unable to cope, and frequently result in additional problems.

I can offer you fast effective, safe methods to sustainably re-programme those negative thoughts & behaviours and bring about the peace & wellbeing you desire & deserve.

Mindset for Weightloss

Many people are unaware that the thoughts that we put in our minds are more important than the food we put in our mouths. How we feel about ourselves affects the choices we make about what, why, when, how & where we eat.

It’s our inner narrative that influences success or failure in our weight management endeavours. Here are some fabulous & important techniques to give you insight and awareness, and some useful methods that you can apply in order to achieve positive inner change.

Day 2: Keep a Journal

A powerful tool for self development is journaling. Taking the time at some point towards the end of the day to write down:

🌸How did today go
🌸What did I feel
🌸What were the positives
🌸What may not have been positive
🌸How can I change things
🌸What would I like for tomorrow

Get it out of your head so that you don’t go to sleep with it. When you wake up you can reread it and set your emotional vibration for the day, either decide “I’m not having that here today” or “yep that was a very positive thing that happened yesterday and I’m having more of that today.”

Try it and see, it’s enormously powerful and wonderful!

Tis the season to eat, drink & be merry! Sounds great but often there is a day of reckoning around 1st January where we wish we hadn’t been quite so over-indulgent!

So over the 31 days of December, I’m going to be offering tools and techniques and tips to help manage the festive season.

Day 1: Create a Daily Mantra

Think about yourself and come up with 31 positive words to describe yourself. I know this can be hard as we are generally not conditioned to “blow our own trumpets”, but do it anyway!

If you like you can also ask those close to you how they would describe you, personally or professionally. For example: caring, loving, genuine, generous, charismatic, daring, clever, intelligent, helpful, strong etc.

Once you have 31, write each word separately on a piece of paper, fold it and pop all 31 in a bowl. Each day, from today until the New Year’s, choose one of the folded pieces of paper and random and read the word it contains. That is your personal Mantra for that day. Own it! Repeat it often! Celebrate it!

(You could actually do this for someone else and make it a thoughtful Christmas gift)
