Are You Ready for the New Decade?

Set your intentions for the coming year … and beyond!

Vision Board Workshop on Sunday 29th December 2019 in central Edinburgh – Book Now

What positive changes would you like to see in your life in 2020?  An incredibly powerful way to manifest your desires is to create a Vision Board.

A vision board is a place that displays pictures, symbols, words & affirmations etc of what you want in life. When you hang it in a space where you see it daily, your vision board brings your goals and aspirations to life.  It’s a physical representation of goals that you’re aiming to achieve: Health, abundance, career, family, personal growth, love …..

Vision Boards work, and there’s actually a really simple explanation of why they work so well – visualisation!   When you create a vision board and place it in a space where you see it often, you essentially end up doing short visualisation exercises throughout the day.

The key to visualising is to combine the visual image of what you want with the emotion you will be feeling once you’ve got it!   When you look at something you have placed on your board and FEEL the emotion of having already manifested it in your life, you are actively sending out the positive vibrations that assist the Universe in helping you to attract the connections that make up the chain of manifestation.

It doesn’t matter if you are imagining having something in your life or that you actually do have it – the Universe responds to your vibration – NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE – so be careful of what you wish for!

Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. According to the popular book The Secret, “The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualising, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe.”

Whether you believe that or not, we know that visualisation works. Athletes have been using it for decades to improve performance, (ask Andy Murray!) and Psychology Today magazine reported that the brain patterns activated when a weightlifter lifts heavy weights are also similarly activated when the lifter just imagined (visualised) lifting weights.

So, what’s the big secret to creating a vision board that works? It’s simple: Your vision board should focus on how you want to feel, not just on things that you want.

Make 2020 your year of goal follow-through by creating a Vision Board to give you a clear picture of where you intend to get to!
