How Does it Work?
I had a client book with me for an online appointment. She lives in London and had been recommended by one of my clients.
She had crippling self-doubt and major anxieties associated with it. She was unable to make any decisions for herself and relied on others for advice.

The day after the session I went to Asda to pick a birthday card for someone. Normally this process involves me breaking out into a sweat, panicking, sending pictures of different cards to friends to ask their advice and afterwards I’m left dwelling in my negative thoughts that I wasn't able to make a decision for myself. None of this happened!
