I heard about Gillian’s excellent work from my friend and contacted her to ask for her help. Gillian called me back the same day and I knew straight away that I had done the right thing by taking this step to help myself. After our call I felt better already and was looking forward to my hypnotherapy session. I had this the same week and wasn’t sure what to expect. There was an element of apprehension and fear to be honest but as soon as Gillian started to talk to me, these feelings left me and I felt calm and reassured. I enjoyed the whole experience and was aware of everything Gillian was saying to me. I learned things about myself and now feel able to move forward in such a positive way. I’m so grateful and proud of myself for taking this step. I have no hesitation in recommending Gillian’s hypnotherapy session to anyone who needs the advice and appropriate help and guidance like I did. Go for it! I’m glad I did!

Gillian is great I felt comfortable the moment I spoke to her. I've been to see her for 4 appointments and have felt massive shifts in my life I havent had another anxiety episode since and my confidence has grown massively. I had a great one off session with Gillian to help me come off vaping,which I never thought would be possible. Not only did Gillian install me with the confidence needed to beat the filthy habit,she also gave me tips on how to curb the cravings and changed my mind set from a smoker to a non smoker. If you feel like you can't manage on your own to quit,then I'd highly recommend Gillian!

Wow ! Excellent experience from start to finish.Gillian made me feel at ease from the moment we were introduced.Beautiful and relaxing surroundings whilst Gillian explained the process of the session and what to expect.Very professional and kind lady which added even more authenticity to the experience! I was not sure what to expect but I went with an open mind,and left feeling relaxed and hopeful again for the future! Gillian was intuitive and was on point with absolutely everything! Overall,a fantastic experience from start to finish and I would recommend this to anyone.I went there feeling pretty lost with where my life was going,and left feeling like I had been given a sense of hope and excitement about the next part of my journey!............I am re-reviewing after another appointment with Gillian today,11 months on from my first experience of Reiki,and I was not dissappointed!Once again,I was made to feel relaxed and at ease from the moment I met with Gillian.Reiki session was absolutely fantastic,and I cannot thank her enough for the transformation in my life since my first session!I am once again looking forward to the next part of my journey!Excellent first class service,highly recommend to anyone !!!

Thank you so much to Gillian who helped me with my driving instructor’s exam. I can’t recommend Gillian highly enough, the hypnotherapy session really helped with my nerves and worries about my upcoming test. I am delighted to say that I passed my exam and I firmly believe that the session I had with Gillian and the support afterwards gave me put me in a fantastic place for what was a very stressful situation. Thanks to Gillian and her weight management hypnotherapy sessions, I actually cannot believe the change in me. Over 3 weeks, she has managed to change my complete attitude to over eating, too many carry outs, portion control with pasta and drinking too many cans of diet coke. Regarding diet coke, I was drinking approx. 8 cans a day - I am now drinking 2 maximum. I have not over eaten once in 3 weeks and have lost 12lbs. I hardly every feel hungry, but if I do, I reach for dried fruit - again, something I would not have considered before my sessions. I have tried every diet under the sun and 3 weeks ago weighed the heaviest I have ever weighed. I am hoping that slowly over the next 6 months or so, I will lose the additional 4 stone I am carrying. If I find that I feel like I'm slipping back in to old habits, I will definitely be booking further sessions with Gillian. So Gillian, thank you for helping me. I'll pop in and see you when there is less of me :-).

Gillian is a very sensitive, gifted lady. After years of struggling with my weight and having tried every diet possible I went to see Gillian. After just one session, my attitude to food, alcohol and exercise all changed for the better. I've seen her another couple of times for reinforcement and would highly recommend her to anyone who had similar issues.

Gillian is a gifted healer and highly skilled practitioner. I have been struggling with a phobia of having a panic attack whilst driving and after only one session, I am now looking forward to my next driving lesson! The session was relaxing and enjoyable. Gillian is excellent at what she does; sessions take place in a relaxing, soothing space and are tailored uniquely to your needs, and Gillian is reassuring, kind and professional throughout. Although I was a little unsure of what to expect having never had hypnotherapy before, I have experienced incredible benefits after just one session. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering hypnotherapy, my only regret is that I didn't go to her sooner! Thank you again Gillian!
