I had met Gillian years ago when I had a Reiki session with her. It was a great experience and one that brought me a lot in terms of mental and physical health. Over the summer this year, I was preparing towards taking my driving test and started to consider hypnotherapy as a means to help with some blockages that I believed might hinder my chances of passing. I had a phone consultation with Gillian and we agreed on two sessions. Gillian was very supportive and listened attentively to my needs and what I was expecting from hypnotherapy. Gillian is a very intuitive practitioner and she made me feel I could totally trust her. I really felt in safe hands and I do believe our sessions made a huge difference, not only to my ability to show up confidently behind the wheel - I passed my test! - but also to the way I showed up in other areas of my life. I highly recommend Gillian and I hope to work again with her in the future.

Having struggled for most of my life with worry and anxiety, and coping with this by binge-eating junk food, sweets and chocolate, I had reached a point when I was in a constant battle with myself and my mental and physical health was deteriorating. After some research I found Gillian and after the initial 30 minute chat I went ahead and booked 4 sessions with her. What a great decision that was. The help and support she gave me was nothing short of life-changing. I have to admit I was a little worried about the hypnotherapy itself but once we started at no point was I scared or unsure - it was a very comforting and positive experience. Gillian's toolbox of techniques combined with her experience and wonderful caring attitude makes sure that you get the very best out of the sessions - and yes, it has worked!! I am now indifferent to the rubbish foods I previously craved. I feel calm, happy and have a self-assurance that had been missing from my life from a very early age. I have also stopped doing other distracting things such as biting my nails. What can I say about my hypnotherapy sessions with Gillian : I was both cynical and sceptical about this treatment but I had tried everything and nothing worked for me long term and this had been going on for a long time, decades really. I would highly recommend Gillian. From the very first introductory call I felt really ‘heard’ and completely at ease and that I could trust her and be completely honest about the anxiety I was experiencing around a particular issue. My first four sessions have been such a positive experience and genuinely allowed me to move from what was a very negative mindset (irrational forecasting) to a strong and positive one that has had wider reaching effects. Wow, what can I say, I was desperate when I came to Gillian for help with weight loss. This is a fabulous process for getting your sub consciousness on board.
